Whenever I see a sunflower I always think of you
Your quick wit, hilarious laugh and your beautiful smile too
Nothing can ever take away the pain of you not being here
The journey in life is hard but with your spirit here I see it clear
We are meant to love and lose
Our family and friends no one gets to pick or choose
Life can be so cruel to us and it never seems fair
But life is a gift in itself which when you leave, you have the ability to share
To save the life of another that you will never get to meet
Takes courage, love and gives strength to someone else and makes them complete
What I have taken from this and the pain I have gone through
Is to make good choices, live my life fully and always stay true
To you Bethany I thank you for everything you have ever given me
The memories, the friendship and the person I will say when someone asks who is she
She is Beth,
A friend, a daughter, a sister, a woman loved by all
Now she is a star, a sunflower and everything in between
No matter how big or small. X
