Beth's Third Anniversary

Beth's Third Anniversary - 30th September 2016 10.39am

Beth’s third anniversary was again remembered by the releasing of yellow balloons across the UK and abroad. Balloons were released at 10.39 Friday 30th September.
Beth loved a poem by Robert Frost called “Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening” and Beth had written down two lines:

“I have promises to keep” and
“Miles to go before I sleep”.

Beth felt these lines reflected her desire to keep the promise she had made to herself which was to do well in her life, possibly to show her appreciation to her family for all their support and to work hard to make sure she got there. Ultimately to make her family proud.
These two lines she had planned after graduation to have as her first tattoo.
We made sure that Beth got her tattoo by using the two lines as Beth’s strapline on her website and although we were always proud of her achievements we can assure you all that we are so full of pride for her final act “The Gift of Life”.
With her “Gift”, Beth improved and saved the lives of others.
Many thanks to you all for remembering Beth, promoting organ donation and for reminding people that the Gift of Life is so very special.
